How we process data

The portal is run by the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava to keep records of mandatory and recommended trainings of staff and students.

We store: name, e-mail and faculty from Microsoft 365, assigned trainings, due dates, completion date, test score, number of attempts and the approximate time spent in the course. We do not store answers to individual questions.

The data are visible to training administrators and authorised management. Records of people who have left are deleted after three years.
